Atlantic Coast Tumbling (A.C.T.) provides acrobatics, gymnastics, and cheer tumbling instruction in Newport News, serving the peninsula. It fits cheerleaders, dancers, gymnasts, martial artists, and anyone who wants to learn to flip. The facility runs classes in the afternoon and early evening Monday through Thursday, and also on Saturdays.
