Coffs Coast PoleFit runs pole fitness and pole dance classes in North Boambee Valley, with structured beginner courses and pathways through intermediate and advanced levels. The studio also offers allied movement classes including aerial swing, BodyBARRE, kickboxing and Pilates. There are teen and kids programs for ages 7 to 16, plus a dedicated Mums n Bubs option for parents bringing their babies. Private sessions are available for individual coaching.
