Crossroads Martial Fitness Academy provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu self-defense training in Ingersoll for kids, teens, adults, and all ages. The program focuses on using leverage and positioning to control and overcome a larger opponent, with lots of ground-based techniques and problem-solving learning. Students build physical fitness and mental acuity through a thorough workout that also emphasizes community and fellowshipping among like-minded Christians.
