Donegal Town Muay Thai provides structured Muay Thai training in Drumrooske Business Park, Donegal Town for kids, teens and adults of all levels. With coaching led by Head Coach Seamus Rooney, classes build discipline, confidence and fitness through pad work, technique drills and optional sparring. Suitable for complete beginners as well as those aiming to compete, the gym also offers a dedicated competition and fighters track with coach approval.
