Strength, conditioning and movement training in Dublin 11 with Emma Murphy Fitness. The centre offers fully coached small group personal training (capped at 8), plus strength and conditioning classes, one-to-one personal training, and low-impact Pilates. There are also mobility sessions to help you move better day to day and over 50s and 60s training focused on strength, balance, posture and mobility. Fitkidz youth fitness programmes are available for young people.
