This High Performance program is run in a squad format that integrates higher level tactics, complete technique development and tennis psychology to accelerate improvement using Focus Tennis Academy’s unique learn-n-play game sense teaching and physical training strategies. Training takes the form of on-court high intensity point structured drills, live rallying drills, serving and returning routines, structured tactical point play and structured tennis specific fitness. All sessions are goal orientated to each players specific needs and the program is periodised for tournament play at the end of each term. This program is ideal for advanced players that are serious about their game and striving towards, or already playing tournaments.
