With 16 group fitness sessions per week, you can do it all under one roof. We have the latest Technogym weights and cardio machines, as well as affordable personal training options. Our group fitness sessions include Cardio-Fit, Box-fit, Battle Ropes, AB Attack, early bird, and lunchtime sessions to cater to all fitness levels and preferences. We even offer a unique “train with your teen” option, allowing parents and teenagers to train together, fostering a healthy and active lifestyle in the whole family.
