Russell Lea Women's Soccer Club is a sports club located in Inner-West Sydney, Australia. As the only all-female soccer club in the area, it welcomes girls and women of all ages from all areas of Sydney’s Inner West. The club's main goal is to provide a supportive and inclusive environment that is welcoming for all girls, regardless of skill or background.
Affiliated with the Canterbury District Soccer Football Association (CDSFA), the club's teams compete in the inner west region of Sydney. Russell Lea Women's Soccer Club is run entirely by volunteers, including committee members, coaches, and managers, who dedicate their time to keeping the club running smoothly.
The club is bound by the Constitution, Rules, and Regulations of the CDSFA. It is also an approved provider for Active Kids, a programme that helps families with the cost of getting their children involved in sport and recreation.

From the Minitildas programme for ages 5 to 7, to juniors (ages 8 to 12), youth (ages 13 to 16), and even an all-ages category for those 18 to 108, there is a team for everyone. They also have a Women’s Intermediate League for ages 17 to 19 and an Over 35's category for those above 35 years old.
