Fabboxing

FAB Boxing in Dublin 9 uses boxing and fitness to support recovery and wellbeing through community. It suits people who want a stronger, healthier circle, including those in recovery and those struggling with mental health. Beginners are expected, with a focus on no egos and no judgement. Alongside boxing, it also includes hikes, camp and run social events. The programme is supported through workplace wellbeing and partners supporting organisations, offering a safe space for "fight back, rebuild, and thrive" one session at a time.
