Fit Foodie Fitness delivers personal training and nutrition coaching for people in Toronto who want stronger bodies and sustainable habits. Coach Jenn works with clients through 1-on-1 in-person and virtual training, plus small group sessions (2 to 10). Focus areas include strength, mobility, healthy aging and vitality, pre and postnatal support, and goal-driven performance or aesthetics. Nutrition coaching includes customized meal strategies with weekly check-ins and practical education, including hormone transitions and weight management support.
