The Billiards & Snooker Association of the ACT (BSAACT) is a prestigious sports club located in Canberra, Australia. With a rich history and strong ties to the community, the association prides itself on providing opportunities for both females and males from all sectors of the ACT community to learn and play Billiards and Snooker.
Membership is open to both new and existing members, who are encouraged to fill out a Membership Form to ensure the association's records meet legal requirements. To make the process hassle-free, committee members are available to sign any returned forms, eliminating the need for additional nominations.
The BSAACT hosts a range of exciting competitions throughout the year, including A Grade Snooker, B Grade Snooker, and Handicap individual draws. These competitions are highly anticipated and showcase the incredible skill and talent of the association's members. The association also maintains an updated competition calendar, which can be found on their social media and club directories, allowing members and enthusiasts to stay informed about upcoming events.
As an affiliate of the Australian Billiards and Snooker Council (ABSC), the BSAACT adheres to the ABSC Anti-doping policy to ensure fair play and integrity within the sport. Members are reminded to familiarise themselves with this policy as amended on August 10, 2020.
