Our founder, Court, runs virtual barre classes via Zoom. These are perfect for someone starting their fitness journey or in need of some extra motivation!

Occasionally we will run classes in studios in central Sydney and surrounding suburbs.
Good equipment to have to hand for our barre classes: dumbbells / light weights, a chair, a booty band. If you have a pilates ball - amazing!
