Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Baldoyle, part of Ralph Gracie Ireland in Dublin, runs Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for all ages and levels. Sessions include kids programmes for ages 4 to 17, Ladies Only BJJ, and mixed-level BJJ. You can start with Fundamentals with no experience required, then progress through Intermediate and Advanced. Adults also get a Masters class for 35+, plus sparring sessions for all levels at the weekend.
