Our club is made up of various teams, including the Competition Squad, Elites, JRFH (Jump Rope For Heart), Li'l Leapers, and Mini Skippers. Each team has its own focus and training schedule, providing skipper's with the chance to improve their skills in a supportive and positive environment.
