In addition to our physiotherapy services, we also offer a FREE Dynamic Walking Assessment provided by our skilled podiatrists. If you're experiencing pain while walking, our podiatrists can assess your gait and provide recommendations to improve your walking patterns.

Our range of services includes physiotherapy, pilates, and podiatry. Our pilates classes are conducted by qualified instructors who will guide you through exercises that aim to improve your strength, flexibility, and posture. Whether you're new to pilates or looking to challenge yourself, our classes are suitable for all fitness levels.
In collaboration with our podiatry team, we also provide comprehensive foot care services. Our podiatrists can assess and treat a wide range of foot conditions, including plantar fasciitis, ingrown toenails, corns, calluses, and more. They can also provide custom orthotics to support your feet and improve your biomechanics.
