Chiswick's “Lorraine Academy of Dance” is a beloved dance school that offers a wide range of classes including Classical Ballet, Jazz, Funky Jazz, Contemporary, Tap, Hip Hop, Boys' Hip Hop, Performance Group, and Stretch. For those who wish to advance their dance education, Lorraine Academy of Dance has seen many of its students go on to pursue tertiary-level education and even professional careers in dance and dance education.
In the 24 years that the Kingsgrove/Earlwood and Panania studios have been running, and the 10 years of the Abbotsford/Chiswick location, Lorraine Academy of Dance has nurtured and celebrated the achievements of their students. Former students have been accepted into renowned institutions such as Newtown Performing Arts, McDonald College, Queensland Ballet School and Company, and the University of NSW. Some have even gone on to open their own dance schools.

The principal, Lorraine, is a qualified senior teacher and dance examiner, ensuring that the highest standards of dance education are maintained.
