PTJ Muaythai Gym is the top Muaythai (Thai Boxing) sports club in Sydney, offering people of all ages and experience levels the opportunity to learn this martial art in a safe and friendly environment. Located in Gladesville/Ryde, the newly fitted gym features 350m2 of training space, a 6×6 metre competition size boxing ring, over 10 boxing bags, K Brand and Raja Thai Pads, and Twins Brand Focus Mitts. The facility also includes comfortable waiting areas, modern toilets, spacious change rooms, and showers for post-workout freshness.
At PTJ Muaythai Gym, the trainers are Thailand-trained with over 15 years of experience in the sport, competing and working with athletes at both amateur and professional levels. The head trainer and owner, Andrew Parnham, is a former professional fighter with 20 years of Muaythai experience. His passion for Muaythai is evident in his dedication to producing numerous champions and his commitment to all aspects of the sport.
Other expert trainers at PTJ Muaythai Gym include Singpayak, a former multiple title holder in Thailand and former WPMF World Champion, Palungchok, a former Thai circuit fighter and current Siam Champion, Yolanda Schmidt, a product of the gym who has achieved numerous titles worldwide, and Jamie Alleyne, a current fighter with a keen eye for detail.
The gym prides itself not only on providing world-class Muaythai training but also on creating a motivating environment filled with like-minded individuals who are committed to training hard, learning authentic Muaythai, and achieving results.
