Yes. Swim Smooth Auckland coaches all levels, including nervous beginners, and offers Improver beginners sessions for people not yet ready for the main squads.
For the main squads, you need to be able to swim 200m non stop and hold faster than 2.30/100 pace. If you are not there yet, you can start with Improver beginners sessions.
They swim at Auckland locations including Glenfield Pool & Leisure Centre and Milford School Pool on the North Shore, and The Olympic Pools & Fitness Centre in Newmarket.
Session credits work at both North Shore locations. Newmarket runs its own monthly plans.
