Tai Chi Redlands teaches tai chi and qigong for health and relaxation in Cleveland, with classes for all levels from beginners to advanced. The program focuses on gentle exercise, meditation in motion, balance and coordination, and postural awareness, along with self-defence training as an additional focus in its affiliated school. Sessions are presented as non-contact for the Tai Chi Qigong for Health school, supporting calm, safe movement and wellbeing.
