Team Impact Amateur Boxing Club runs boxing and fitness classes at a 5800 square foot boxing gym in downtown Calgary. It provides training focused on boxing fundamentals, safety, and conditioning, with programs for youth ages 12 and up and for adults. The club supports beginners through to competitors and operates as a non-profit society with a mission to help youth and young adults build confidence, focus, strength, and endurance through boxing.
