The Cali Lab Ltd

The Cali Lab is Corby's first calisthenics gym, specialising in bodyweight training to build strength, mobility, and control. Classes cover fundamentals through to advanced skills: handstands, muscle-ups, and core work. The expert coaches guide members of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Dedicated children's classes run for ages five to thirteen, with membership options for adults and kids.
