About

Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) classes for all ages are delivered by Thrive Academy in Winnipeg. Programs include Little Ninjas (ages 2.5 to 4), Kids (4.5 to 12), Teens (13 to 16), and Adult BJJ for +16, plus a Women's BJJ program for a supportive training environment. The academy focuses on discipline, confidence, and resilience through its class pillars and consistent instruction across beginner to experienced levels.
