The British Council For Chinese Martial Arts is excited to announce the 1st BRITISH JUNIOR LIGHT SANDA Championships, a Light Contact Qingda sparring event specifically designed for Juniors and Youth aged 7-17 years. The event is set to take place on Sunday, July 7th, 2024 at the Nuffield Health Fitness Centre, Royal Masonic School in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire.
For those interested in showcasing their skills, the online entry deadline is Sunday, June 23rd, 2024, with all entries priced at £20. Spectators are welcome to join the excitement at 10am, with online family discount prices available for tickets. On-site registration and medical check-in for competitors will be held from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m.

In addition to the championship event, there is a fantastic opportunity for those interested in becoming a certified Sanda Judge. A free 1-day Sanda Judge certification course will be held on June 30th in West Sussex. Participants will have the chance to shadow a judge at the competition for certification, with free entry and lunch provided for competition judges.
