

4 SEASONS FITNESS is a physical fitness programme located in Sandy, Bedfordshire, New Zealand. Led by experienced Personal Trainer Max O'Keefe, who has over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, our programme focuses on providing effective and enjoyable workouts for our members.
One of our most popular offerings is our Bootcamp sessions. These high-energy and infectious sessions run for six weeks, with up to four sessions per week. Bootcamps are designed to challenge participants and push them to their limits, while also maintaining a friendly and supportive atmosphere. We believe in making fitness personal, and our trainers are intuitive in knowing when individuals have reached their limits or need modifications due to injuries.
In addition to Bootcamps, we also offer Circuits and Personal Training sessions. Circuits are a great way to mix up the workout routine and challenge different muscle groups. We also encourage our members to participate in various fitness events, such as WAR, Local Park Runs, and Marathons, to keep them motivated and engaged in their fitness journey.

He loves what he does, and you can see he gets real pride in seeing his customers' results, praising them for their hard work and is too modest in his part of their achievements.
