In the event that a member wishes to cancel or amend their membership, they must contact the 58 Degrees North team via email. Payments made prior to the cancellation notice cannot be refunded. The gym reserves the right to terminate a membership without notice if there is a breach of the terms and conditions, non-payment of membership fees, or any risk to the health and safety of staff or members.
