5th Dimension Training Academy

5th Dimension Training Academy is a martial arts club located in Hamilton, offering classes in muay thai, jiu-jitsu, and other martial arts disciplines. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, our club welcomes students of all levels.

For new members, we offer orientation classes to provide a better understanding of the program before joining regular classes. Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are run weeknights from 6:30pm to 7:30pm and are affiliated with the nationally recognized association, Zenith BJJ, under the direct supervision of Professor Robert Drysdale.

In addition to jiu-jitsu, we also offer muay thai classes that focus on Thai kickboxing. Our small classes and friendly, family environment make for a welcoming and supportive training environment. Muay thai classes run weeknights starting at 6:30pm, with each night featuring a different type of conditioning, technical, or pad work.
