Aaron F. McCormack has an extensive background in fitness after serving in the Australian Army as a Physical Training Instructor (PTI) for over ten years.

After discharging from the service in 2004, the highlight of Aaron's fitness career came in the form of stepping on stage as an amateur bodybuilder, primarily with the International Natural Bodybuilding Association (INBA).
