Arise Studio Health (ASH) is a sports club located in Melbourne, specifically serving the inner north area. ASH offers an inclusive and welcoming Pilates and wellness space in Thornbury, with a new location in Coburg opening soon. The studio is dedicated to mindful and purposeful movement, focusing on Reformer Pilates classes.

ASH is housed on the first floor of a heritage Art Deco building, providing a beautiful space filled with natural light. In order to provide personalised attention and ensure correct form and technique, ASH keeps their class sizes small, with a maximum of 10 clients per class. They have a fully inclusive and non-judgmental policy, welcoming individuals of all ages and levels of experience to join their community.

ASH boasts highly experienced and friendly teachers who are well-versed in multiple modalities. They offer modifications for every workout, accommodating everyone from beginners to advanced individuals. One of ASH's unique offerings is their signature Foam Roller class, which combines foam roller exercises with functional fascia training and release. This class aims to strengthen the entire body, improve mobility, and align the spine, while also stimulating circulation and relieving muscle pain and tightness.

Aside from Pilates, ASH incorporates other disciplines into their classes, such as Barre (Ballet Conditioning), Yoga, Stretch, Roller, and Yin.
