Founded by Mr Tony Curtis and Mr Rodney Lockyer, both 8th Dan practitioners, ATI Martial Arts has expanded to include four full-time schools and 14 satellite branches throughout the Perth Metro Area, as well as locations in Broome and the Sunshine Coast. The club boasts a dedicated staff of over 30 instructors, including international medallists and high-level competitors, all of whom are graduates of the ATI Martial Arts Certification Programme.
ATI Martial Arts places a strong emphasis on the safety and training of children. The club offers specialised programmes for kids aged 3 and up, designed to align with their physical, intellectual, and emotional development. These programmes not only teach martial arts techniques but also focus on important life skills such as child anti-abduction skills and “Stranger Danger”. In fact, Child Abduction and Stranger Danger training is one of the cornerstones of the club's junior programme.
