Aerobic Gymnastics is a fast-paced and exciting sport combining gymnastics skills and dance moves, pushing athletes to their limits. Aerobic Gymnastics routines are choreographed to showcase an athlete’s highest level of strength, flexibility, agility, and balance and are performed on a stage in front of a panel of judges. Athletes compete as part of a team or individually.
Adrenaline Aerobics and Fitness is owned and operated by three-time Australian representative athlete and accredited advanced silver coach and judge, Priscilla Pickering, and three-time Australian representative athlete and accredited intermediate coach, Stef Bartlett. Former team mates, Priscilla and Stef, share a love and passion for the sport along with a vision to grow Adrenaline into a strong and competitive Aerobic Gymnastics club. The club is run out of Ashgrove Bowls Club on Yoku Road.
