Adult Gymnastics Classes

Our Adults Gymnastics program is open to adults aged 18+. We cater for a wide range of abilities; our classes are perfect for beginner adults looking for an introduction to gymnastics, athletes from other sports wanting to learn specific skills or ex-gymnasts looking to get back into training. Whatever your aim is, our professional and qualified staff can help you achieve your goal.

Our gym is equipped with traditional gymnastics equipment, including uneven bars, parallel bars, rings, beams, a sprung floor, Tumble Track (long trampoline), Olympic- trampoline and a double mini trampoline.

Classes are $20 per casual session or 10 for $180. All gymnasts are required to to have a membership with Gymnastics Victoria, $50 annual fee that we can arrange for you.
