Pole fitness, Aerial hoop, Aerial silks, stretch, TRX, as well as a well-equipped Personal training area to give you the one on one attention you need when exercising. We offer the studio for parties for any occasion such as hens, divorce, birthday parties or just for a chance to get together and have fun.
