Our coaches and staff members have undergone thorough background checks and are trained in child safety practises. We follow all relevant child protection laws and regulations to ensure the wellbeing of our members. We have implemented policies and procedures to prevent, identify, and respond to any concerns or incidents regarding child safety.
At Aerosport Allstars, we believe that every child should have the opportunity to participate in sports and physical activities in a safe and supportive environment. We promote positive coaching techniques and encourage our members to develop their skills, improve their fitness, and build self-confidence.
We offer a variety of classes for all ages and abilities. In our sport aerobics classes, athletes showcase choreography combined with technical skills of varying difficulty. These classes emphasise cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, agility, speed, and power.
For our younger members, we have AERO TINY's classes which focus on developing motor skills, coordination, confidence, and social skills. The children learn basic dance skills and participate in fun dance routines.
We also offer acro classes where participants learn skills such as back and front walkovers, roundoffs, cartwheels, handsprings, bridges, handstands, and more as they progress. These classes are non-competitive and provide a supportive environment for skill development.
