The Boatshed

We are Australian Sailing's training centre in Victoria and the largest in Australia. We offer introductory experiences and courses for kids, teenagers and adults during the week, at the weekend and during the school holidays.

Based on the safe and enclosed waters of Albert Park Lake, learn to sail in the heart of Melbourne, or our Mobile Boatshed visits sailing clubs and waterways in Melbourne and throughout Victoria.

Sailing is a popular activity for primary and secondary schools while our corporate sailing sessions are great for businesses looking to get out of the office and build teamwork.

We aim to be fully inclusive with adapted equipment available if required, while our Sailability program provides an additional level of support.
