Physical culture, or “Physie,” is a unique sport that combines elements of dance and exercise. The club's innovative choreography changes annually, ensuring maximum variety and fun for all participants. Alstonville Plateau Physical Culture Club is proud to be a BJP Physie club, affiliated with Australia's longest-running and top Physie organisation. With over 200 locations nationwide, BJP Physie has been inspiring generations of Australians to exercise both their body and mind for 125 years.
Each class at Alstonville Plateau Physical Culture Club has been carefully crafted to create the perfect mix of dance and exercise. Classes begin with easy stretching and warming up exercises, followed by posture practise and learning new dance routines. For the little ones, there are always fun games that everyone loves. The annual registration fee is only $55, with an additional $20 club registration fee.
