

At Armidale yoga we help to facilitate a holistic experience of yoga working with the body and breath to access the mind and spirit. Based on the practises of the Satyananda tradition we cover all aspects of yoga from Asana (postures) to breath work (pranayama) meditation, relaxation and a strong philosophical system to help integrate it all into daily life.
Yoga isn't something that is done once a week, its a life style, a way of living and moving in the world.

It embodies unity of mind and body; thought and action; restraint and fulfilment; harmony between man and nature; a holistic approach to health and well-being. It is not about exercise but to discover the sense of oneness with yourself, the world and the nature.
