For children aged 3 to 4 years, the Kite Eagles programme introduces them to effective self-defence techniques in a fun and engaging manner. Through games and role play, these young children will develop body awareness and learn to use both sides of their brain.
The Serpent Eagles programme caters to children aged 5 to 11 years and focuses on a modern self-defence system that incorporates concepts from various martial arts disciplines including Krav Maga, MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Filipino Martial Arts. The programme emphasises practical techniques that work in real-life situations rather than competition-based moves. Students can progress through a fully graded belt system as they improve their skills.
Teenagers and adults can join the martial arts programme, which also follows the same modern self-defence system, combining elements from Krav Maga, MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai, Kali-Silat, and Filipino Martial Arts. This programme offers a comprehensive approach to self-defence and overall physical fitness.
