The Beauty of Physie for Girls
Physie is more than just a sport; it's a celebration of girls' potential. It's a place where we nurture positive body image, self-confidence, and a strong sense of community. Many of us cherish our own Physie memories or have watched our daughters follow in our footsteps.
At Eastern Suburbs Physie, we empower our girls in countless ways. We teach them discipline, coordination, and the sheer joy of movement. Physie promotes a healthy and active lifestyle while boosting self-esteem, regardless of shape or size.

We believe that Physie is a place where children of all ages can find empowerment, nurturing, and support while indulging in their love for dance and forming precious bonds.
Our Vision
Our mission is to share our love and passion for Physie with girls of all ages and abilities. We want them to experience the pure joy of dance, find a sense of belonging, and gain unshakable confidence through creative expression.
We are committed to growing and nurturing an inclusive, encouraging, and collaborative Physie club. Our experienced teachers are excited about passing on their knowledge and technical skills, ensuring that every child feels confident and empowered each time they step onto the dance floor.
What to Expect
Our choreography is age-appropriately designed to teach the relationship of music to movement, rhythm, coordination, balance, and musical interpretation.
The Physical Culture year culminates in a series of friendly competitions for both teams and individuals.
Competitions are not compulsory, and you may just like to attend weekly classes for fun, fitness, and friendship.
If you're competitive, you can enter both individual and team competitions. The National Junior Finals are held at Olympic Park Sports Centre, Homebush Bay. The prestigious Senior and Ladies National Finals are held each November.
