The Gap club is part of Bai Rui Taekwon-Do, a large Taekwon-Do school operating for over 20 years and has numerous clubs, in particular through out south east Queensland. The Gap club is one of first Bai Rui clubs and is mostly comprised of families that enjoy training together. Training at The Gap is very active and ranges from self defence and sparring work to fitness and balance work. The Gap also has a Taekindy class on Friday evening for the very young students (3 to 5 years old) where there is more focus on fun and fitness while improving balance and coordination.
