Balgowlah Physie Club is a well-established sports club in Sydney that offers classes in physie, a unique Australian sport that combines dance and exercise to music. With elements of aerobics, jazz, ballet, contemporary, and hip hop, physie is a fun and affordable way to stay active and fit.

Part of the BJP Physical Culture Association, Balgowlah Physie Club has been teaching girls and women of all ages in the Balgowlah area for almost 60 years. The club has earned a reputation as one of the most successful clubs in the country, consistently ranking in the top 5 clubs for the past 8 years.

As a non-profit organisation, Balgowlah Physie Club relies on the support of the community and the dedication of its teachers, parents, and volunteer committee to ensure its ongoing success. The club is committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment where members can develop their skills, build confidence, and form lasting friendships.

Balgowlah Physie Club offers Saturday classes for preschoolers, as well as age groups 5-6 years and 7–8 years. Detailed class times can be found on the club's website and social media platforms.

The club is also proud to be a NSW Active Kids provider, allowing members to use their Active Kids Vouchers towards their fees. To take advantage of this, members can simply send their voucher to the club's email address and pay the remaining balance to the club account.
