They offer the highest standard of traditional education in Classical Ballet from the Royal Academy of Dance. In addition to ballet, they also provide innovative open ballet classes and contemporary training, jazz dance, lyrical dance, acrobatics, musical theatre and drama, flamenco, pre-school dance, pilates, and progressing ballet technique.

The academy is located in the northern beaches area of Sydney, with multiple campuses in Frenchs Forest, Belrose, Forestville, Terry Hills, and St Ives. Their main studio facility is situated at 22 Narabang Way, Belrose. It is a fully air-conditioned professional facility with three studios, two changing rooms, a reception area, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen. They also offer 20 free undercover parking spaces and additional on-street parking.

The studio is well-connected to the northern beaches, forest area, and St Ives, offering scenic views over the national park.

Parents can relax and wait for their children in the parents' lounge waiting area, which provides free WiFi. The academy ensures a safe and perfect environment for dancers to thrive in their craft. They also have a spacious outdoor terrace for dancers to relax and socialise.

Ballet Academy Northside offers various programmes and opportunities for dancers of all ages and skill levels. They provide a Transition Programme called ArtistPro™, which is an after school pre-professional programme suitable for aspiring young artists aged 10-20. The programme offers tailored training, specialised professional workshops, individual mentoring, and opportunities to perform with the Youth Company and participate in exclusive workshops with renowned guest teachers.

In addition, they offer career development programmes specifically designed for primary and high school teachers who wish to enhance their knowledge and skills in dance education. They also accept Active and Creative Kids vouchers for eligible students.
