BarLionz delivers group and individual calisthenics training (street workout) services to its members and provides an upbeat, friendly and communal atmosphere. The classes are designed to increase strength, overall fitness, coordination and flexibility through calisthenics movements, so essentially bodyweight exercises.
BarLionz are advocates of calisthenics and demonstrate our passion through teaching, our “each one teach one” methodology will strive towards the fitness goals of its members. All fitness levels and ages are welcome.
