In order to be sure that Little Athletics is, and remains, FUN for our athletes, it is necessary to point out that no event is compulsory.
Club personnel and parents are asked not to force their children to do events which for some reason they want to miss.
It is a matter for the child to consider the events they wish to participate in.
In making this decision, athletes should consider Centre Championships eligibility (Bylaws Rule 5).

We run Little Athletics for Under 6s through to Under 17s, aiming to make it fun and give young athletes the chance to compete at a level suited to their age and development.
Competition takes place at Noranda Sporting Complex on Wylde Road in Noranda.
No previous athletic ability or experience is necessary. We welcome new athletes, so come and try it.
