Here at Belle Femme Fitness, we’ve struggled with “diets” and “fitness regimes” just like you. We get that it’s harder than it looks to stick to your meal plans and work out the complicated exercise routines, whilst also juggling kids, work and all the stresses of life. What we do is termed “Wellness Coaching” in an official sense, but it’s really lifestyle change coaching.

We believe that reaching your health goals is more than just what you eat or how much you exercise. It’s all about why this is important to you. It’s about designing a strategy that is realistic and personalised to your lifestyle. Furthermore, it’s about connecting with other women who are (or have been) exactly where you are now, and being inspired by their success stories and encouraged to continue creating your own.
