One of the standout features of Birchip Auskick is that children can start participating in the programme in the calendar year they turn 5, regardless of previous experience in Aussie Rules.
The experience at Birchip Auskick is both enjoyable and beneficial for children. Some may see it as organised chaos, but we see it as perfect fun. Our belief in game-based activities leads to more active and confident children. For optimal safety and fair play, we divide Auskickers into age groups, and we also offer optional all-girls groups.
The sessions run for just one hour per week, and there is no requirement for kids to have expensive kit – they can wear whatever they feel comfortable in.

Winners of this competition receive a Grand Final Week experience, an opportunity to present a medal to their footy heroes at the Grand Final, and $5,000 spending money for the team captain.
