Welcome to the official website of the Black-ice Open Water Swimming Club. Based in Black Rock Victoria we are all enthusiasts of long distance open water swimming.
Our aim is to encourage the participation in the sport of open water swimming as well as to promote the benefits of 'ice-berging'. We offer support and advice to anyone preparing for an open water swimming event.
Our swimmers have achieved some of the most gruelling open water events in the world. The English Channel, Rottnest Island Swim Classic and The Cook Strait. We currently have 4 successful English Channel swimmers in our group.
