We're a small studio primarily teaching 6 & 10 week AcroYoga courses from Beginner's -Foundations & Fundamentals to more intermediate/ advanced transitions, flows & washing machines etc.. We also teach privates / groups in Slacklining, Aerials basics, Functional Movement & Conditioning, Yoga, Theraputics & massage. Events / Functions / Corporate.. We encourage finding & maintaining Balance for the Mind, Body & Spirit, connecting to self & others while supported in a safe / fun environment..
