There’s heaps of equipment to go around, so you’ll never have to queue for a machine, plus with spacious and air-conditioned. With our friendly non intimidating environment, you’ll find our gym is somewhere you can feel comfortable while you workout.

For those who prefer to do it in groups, we run regular Group Fitness classes to spice up your workout routine and keep you motivated.
