Michelle holds certifications in Certificate III in children's services, Youth Mental Health First Aid, Senior First Aid, Women's Gymnastics Advanced Coach, and Women's Intermediate Judge. She is supported by experienced coaches and judges such as Andrew, Daniel, India, Karen, and Zali, who hold qualifications in various gymnastics disciplines.

Enrolling at Bounce Gymnastics is a simple process. Potential gymnasts can browse through the gymnastics classes offered on the website and choose the desired class. If a class is full, they will be placed on a waitlist until a vacancy arises. To complete the enrolment process, individuals need to fill out a form, agree to all policies, and pay for the first class at a casual rate.

The remaining term fees are then paid in full the following week.
