Backed by a team of certified and experienced trainers, Bounce Weightlifting Club is dedicated to helping individuals of all ages and abilities succeed. Co-Owner and Lead Coach, Regan Hams, boasts 12 years of experience as a CrossFit Coach and over 18 years in the health and fitness industry. He is also a current Australian Weightlifting Federation team coach and holds a degree in Exercise Science. Co-Owner Andrea Hams brings her impressive sporting achievements, including a Bronze Medal at the 2010 Commonwealth Games, to the training floor.
Kirsten Van der Kley, the Head Coach, adds her energetic and enthusiastic approach to coaching, ensuring every session is full of positivity. Assistant Coach Ryven Ewing, also known as “The Professor,” combines his knowledge of Human Movement and passion for Olympic Weightlifting to provide valuable guidance to club members.
To find Bounce Weightlifting Club, head to 3/10 Harrington Street, Arundel. Just turn off Brisbane Road into Computer Street, across from Norco Milk Factory, and head right until you reach the loop around Harrington Street. Once you reach street number 10, enter through the fence, and unit 3 will be waiting for you. On-site parking is available, as well as plenty of on-street parking.
